OBJECTIVES:

To recover ncage number to ensure that that rights of the US citizens members of the Biotech tropicana Systems protected and implemented in a manner that is consistent with applicable US laws.

NOTES:

Rights of non US Citizens members of the Biotech tropicana Systems are not at issue. Founders have responsibility to ensure that eights of all members are protected.
