One Train Can Hide Another Train : The Story of The Biotech tropicana HAT OF HONOR

    The Biotech tropicana Museum Team

    Published Online October 25, 2010

The founder of the Biotech tropicana Systems is pleased to announce the first serie of award of its HAT OF HONOR program. The Biotech tropicana HAT OF HONOR is awarded to members and partners who have made an « exceptional contribution » to the advancement of the Biotech tropicana Systems. The founder designated the leadership of the Biotech tropicana Security Task Force to be awarded the HAT OF HONOR.

According to the founder, the contribution of the security task force in the implementation process of the Biotech tropicana Systems in the developing world, and in winning the « wrong » market war on SMARThivTECHS, meets the « exceptional contribution » threshold. The bravery, determination and mental queness of the security task force have been vital to the two fronts, for the advancement of the Biotech tropicana Systems.

As predicted in the scientific task force reports for the United Nations Millennium Development Project, the implementation of our « new way » guided « alternative technology for development» encountered a though resistance, from partisans of the « old way ». According to the security task force, our system was attacked by an alliance of opponents, through subjective tactics, with objective consequences, where one subjective « argument train » hides another objective « money train ».

The security task force explained the tricks of partisans of the "old way". In their struggle for survival in a changing environment imposed by the authority at the dawn of the new millennium, the partisans of the « old way » used selected data from our system, to formulate a subjective argument that would permit them to arbitrary use forces, they would otherwise not be permitted to use against our system, the « subjective train ». Here, the security task force of the Biotech tropicana Systems demonstrated superior performance to secure a succesful implementation of the Biotech tropicana systems in the developing world, against all odds, to merit the highest honor awared in the Biotech tropicana Systems, for « exceptional contribution » to the advancement of the Biotech tropicana Systems.

According to the security task force, the SMARThivTECHS are the money train. We previously estimated the sale price of the Biotech tropicana SMARThivTECHS at $ 120 USD per year of life. At one point in their life, and for many years, all the millions of the beneficiary HIV patients will need the care of the Biotech tropicana SMARThivTECHS. The money implications are obvious. While we were runing against time to meet deadlines set forth by the authority in the « new way », in the authority’s quest for way to save the millions of HIV patients in the developing world, « partisans of the « old way » were running against their tricks after our money, « the money train ». Here, we are not claiming that money is not one the factors that motivate our determination to win the race. After all, we are a for profit business, even where we start from not for profit biotech incubators. Here again ,the « exceptional contribution » of the security task force has been vital in winning the « wrong » market war on SMARThivTECHS, and initiate the implementation of the marketing and sale framework of the Life Box, to sell Life stored in the Biotech tropicana LIFE BOX, within the 2010 deadline as set by the authority.

    THEREFORE

I, Aboubakar YARI, founder and CEO f the Biotech troicana Systems,

    ORDER:

    1) That the leadership of the Security Task Force of The Biotech tropicana Systems be awarded the Biotech tropicana HAT OF HONOR

    2) An award ceremony protocol be established in the Biotech Tropicana Systems for now, and future awards

The founder is also pleased to announce that the leadership of security task force has given the required consent of release of their identity. Their pictures will therefore be released for the public in connection with the award ceremony.

The founder also take this opportunity to thank all the staff of the Biotech tropicana Systems who nominated him for a HAT OF HONOR, for "exceptional contribution” to the advancement of the Biotech Tropicana Systems.

Against the tactics of of the "old way” alliance described above, to triumph we oppose the tactics of the "new way” alliance synthesized below:

"This report argues that economic improvement is largely a result of the application of knowledge in productive activities and the associated adjustments in social institutions (Rosenberg and Birdzell 1986; Mokyr 2002). It uses an innovation systems approach that attributes economic growth to interactive learning involving government, industry, academia, and civil society (Edquist 1997). It focuses on the importance of learning or continuous improvement in the knowledge base and institutional arrangements for development (Conceição and Heitor 2002). Technological innovation is therefore not simply a matter of installing devices, but of transforming society and its value systems (Sagasti 2004). P15......Developing countries must have the courage to break with traditional approaches and explore the role of science, technology, and innovation in their development strategies. Doing so will demand a degree of intellectual courage that would resonate with the words of the Dutch philosopher Benedict de Spinoza (1632–77): "I do not know how to teach philosophy without being a disturber of established religion.”
