- RED ZONE CLASSIFICATION:
Cotonou, Benin has demonstrated eligibility for classification as a RED ZONE AND HIGH RISK BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT.
BASIS OF CLASSIFICATION: Violation of three ot more contracts by three or more institutions within a 30 miles radius. Policy 37 and policy 38.
In Fact one the institution has three contracts violation for a total five contracts, acts of bad moral character not admissible in the Biotech tropicana Systems (policy 21).
DECISION: No unit of the Biotech tropicana Systems SHALL operate within that radius without full clearance of all contract violation issues.
ALL EXCLUDEES have received a first notification of exclusion, Second notifications of exclusion are ready to be dliverd to all excludes for their record per Biotech tropicana Systems Policy.
