Biotech tropicana Forum : A « Second » Graduation Process from the Biotech tropicana Incubator System
Abstract :
On January 23, 2011, we initiate the « first » graduation process of Biotech tropicana Corporation, from the Biotech tropicana,IncEXPLORER incubator system. Here, we describe the « second » graduation process of Biotech tropicana Forum, the primary promotion tool of the Biotech tropicana Systems.
Designed on the principles of scientific journalism, the incubation process of Biotech tropicana Forum aims to innovate a process of alleviating the cost and complexity of information processing, to make information on the importance of technological innovation for development, accessible to the resource-poor settings.
We found that selecting and propagating short paragraph summarizing key concepts, combined with short comments had a considerable impact on raising awarness on the importance of technological innovation, in the general population.
Contrary to scientific journals intended for expert readers, a major barrier to alleviating complexity for the general population, lied in processes to avoid plagiarism. Encyclopedia appear more appropriate, than conventional scientific journals. Another barrier lied in the abundance of non peer review documents of « low credibility » in the internet, our primary source of information. We overcome this secondary barrier, by innovationg a process of « mandatory coupling » references of « dubious credibility », with at least one additional reference of « high credibilty ».
The graduation process aims to incorporate Biotech tropicana Forum as an independent unit of the Biotech tropicana Systems, with various global communication capabilities, including a journal component, a daily news component, a discussion palteform, a web based radio, a web based TV, a printed magazine component, and a book edition component.
One of the first tasks upon incorporation of Biotech tropicana Forum, will be the publication of the revised version 1.1 of the manuscript « Exceptional Circumstances : In Certiorari », by Aboubakar YARI & Venus YARI. The original version 1.0, NOT FOR SALE, of the manuscript is archived in the Biotech tropicana Museum.

As part of the graduation process of Biotech tropicana Forum, An expansion of the edition team of Biotech tropicana Forum is initiated.
The revised version 1.1 of the « The Ice Circle », a manuscrpit by Aboubakar YARI and Venus YARI set for edition, in the Book edition section of Biotech tropicana Forum.
Version 1.0 of the manuscript , « The Ice Circle » written by Aboubakar YARI, NOT FOR SALE, is archived in the Biotech tropicana Museum .
3) Volume 2 of the book "exceptional circumstances: estimations" by Aboubakar YARI & Venus YARI set in line for publication in Biotech tropicana Forum.
